Hi, I’m Meg!
I used to be the person who only felt "happy" when I was crossing things off a list and chasing achievements, only to realize I was missing my own life. I was tired, depleted, and totally disconnected from myself.
It was only through the trifecta of nature, meditation, and creativity that I finally found a sustainable sense of peace. I was able to cultivate a daily satisfaction that didn't depend on my inbox or my accomplishments.
I went all in on this lifestyle and never looked back. I started hosting monthly seasonal circles, full moon hikes, and began speaking at corporate wellness events to help others rediscover that same richness in their day to day lives. I’m not an "artist" in the traditional sense, but I am a nature-rooted creative being—and I believe you are, too.
What I offer are experiences that are:

The Pivot: A former NYC executive who traded the boardroom for the Lowcountry, Meg now integrates corporate-level organization with deep mindfulness practices.
The Credentials: Certified in Meditation, Mindfulness, and Resilience; collaborator with The Shift Network and Hay House Author/Family Constellations Therapist Marine Sélénée.
The Work: Since 2017, Meg has facilitated wellness circles, full moon hikes, and workshops that blend nature-mindfulness with creative expression.
The Creative: Co-creator of three oracle decks with her family, poet, and watercolorist.
The Personal: A lifelong reader, student of the bodhrán (Irish frame drum) and a devotee of nature walks with her husband and their Boston Terrier.
